Calculate Your Biological Age

There's been a recent surge in interest in finding out your "biological age". This is also often called phenotypic age, and can differ from your chronological age. There are many DNA based tests out there, and some of them are pricy. A paper written a few years gives us another way to calculate the status of our biological age with mostly standard blood markers, without typically having to order a special test.

In short, the paper shows strong correlations between 10 factors and a person's risk of death. The factors are below, grouped by the blood test that they are primarily a part of. The only "non standard" marker is CRP, which is typically an extra test, or one done if there's already concern about a person's inflammation levels.

This calculator is free to use, and does not save or transmit your data in any way. The calculations are done directly in your web browser.
